Bringing a guest? Here’s how it works.

Newbie Night is a hosted introduction to Euphorix. A current member in good standing may sponsor one guest at a time under the rules below. Please read carefully before arrival.

Age requirement 21+ only Valid photo ID required

Sponsor must be Present at check-in Active, paid & in good standing

Guest visits One time only Under this guest policy

Eligibility and Admission

The sponsoring member must have an active, paid membership and be in good standing. “Good standing” means the member is not suspended, banned, delinquent, or otherwise restricted from attending.
Member must pay for the guest's entry. Guest entry is applicable to Newbie Night ONLY not the weekend Combo Pass. - Unless they already have an application in.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Guests must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID before entry. Euphorix may refuse entry if age or identity cannot be verified.
A person may attend under the Newbie Night guest policy only once. A guest may not attend under another person’s sponsorship, a different name, or another account. A current Euphorix member may not attend as a guest.
Guests must complete the required registration and acknowledgment before entering. The sponsoring member must be present at check-in and must remain on the premises unless Euphorix staff approve otherwise.
Admission is subject to capacity limits, safety requirements, applicable law, and these policies. Euphorix may lawfully deny entry or remove a person for safety, capacity, identification, intoxication, misconduct, or rule violations. Euphorix will not discriminate on a prohibited basis or deny legally required accommodations.
Guests are of course welcome — and encouraged — to apply for membership themselves, subject to the standard approval process.

Sponsoring Member Responsibilities

The sponsoring member must:

Explain these rules and the applicable house rules to the guest before arrival;
Ensure the guest completes all required registration and acknowledgment forms;
Remain reasonably available while the guest is on the premises;
Follow all instructions from Euphorix staff concerning the guest; and
Ensure the guest leaves when required by staff or when the member leaves, unless staff approve otherwise.

Please note: Euphorix may take membership-related action against a sponsoring member, including suspension or termination, if the member knowingly sponsors or facilitates a guest’s violation of Euphorix rules.
