Twelve months ago, we opened our doors as Elation — a spark of an idea, a dream, and the belief that the people in lifestyle deserves an inclusive space of their own. Tonight, we celebrate what that spark became.

THE TABLE — Dinner Service | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The evening opens intimately. A limited number of reservations are available for our anniversary dinner service — candlelight, low conversation, and a plated experience worth arriving early for. *(No Promo-codes on these)

Filet de Cœur de Gazier
Chef's cut — the heart of the ribeye. The most tender, most marbled center of the cut, seared and rested to order. Rich, decadent, and exactly as indulgent as it sounds.

Poulet au Citron
Pan-roasted chicken bathed in a vibrant Meyer lemon oil, finished with a chiffonade of fresh garden herbs and cracked peppercorns. Bright, aromatic, and elegantly simple.

Seating is extremely limited and by reservation only. Once the table is full, it's full.

THE NIGHT — 8:00 PM Until 3AM

As the plates clear, the lights drop and the celebration begins.

Music. Movement. A toast to one year of building something real. Familiar faces, new introductions, and the kind of atmosphere you can't quite explain to anyone who hasn't been in the room.

We've spent a year cultivating a space built on community, inclusion and celebrating what makes the lifestyle special — where confident adults can exhale, connect, and simply be. Tonight we raise a glass to everyone who helped make that true.
