To process your application and remain in compliance with TN Code § 39-17-912, we are required to have a copy of your government-issued ID on file for age verification purposes.

We do not share this information with any third party. Your privacy is something we take seriously — which is exactly why we chose not to use an external service such as Verify Now. We prefer to keep your data in-house rather than hand it off to a contractor.

It is also required for our vetting process and staying in compliance with (TCA) § 7-51-603.

The ID photo will ONLY be seen by staff for purposes of validating your account.

Unfortunately, for throuples and moresomes we do not have systems in place and the additional member(s) will need to create their own profiles. That said, there will be ticketing options for them so you can all come together with the bulk throuple and moresome ticket.

Your Member Profile

  • ▸ Upload your ID(s) into the first photo field as pictured above. Failure to do this will delay your application approval. *(Visible to Staff Admin)
  • ▸ You must post at least 2 pics of the member(s) associated with your profile — no memes or animation. Any additional pics can go into your Passkey Album. *(Visible to Members)
  • ▸ Please submit high-res, full-size photos (thumbnails or un-cropped photos with borders not permitted). Sexy, classy pics are a must. Lingerie, shirt and jacket — class it up but keep it sexy.
  • ▸ Please use small stylized images with minimal blurs. Do not scribble on your photos, though you may blur your faces on subsequent photos for privacy concerns.
  • ▸ Your "About Us" essay complements your pictures and tells us a little about yourself and how you heard about the Club.
  • ▸ Fake images or info will result in immediate removal.

Single Men

In addition to the above requirements, you must also submit 2 referrals from one of the following due to the amount of spammed applications:

  • ▸ Another member's recommendation *(Sponsorship)
  • ▸ Proof of paid membership on an online lifestyle network *(SLS, SDC, etc.)
  • ▸ Proof of membership at another club (either on the Modern Lifestyle network or otherwise)
  • ▸ Or we can schedule an interview

Acceptance

If accepted, you will be notified via email. Please make sure to follow the directions above for the best chance of acceptance. ALL applicants undergo screening and vetting in compliance with state requirements. If you are missing information, we may reach out tactfully by email or phone to have you provide the missing parts of the application.

If we are unable to reach you, or the application sits for more than 30 days without complete info, your application will be declined.
